The Callaway Elyte Triple Diamond and the Cobra OPTM LS are both low spin tour drivers offered in 9° and 10.5° with adjustable hosels, so the real gap is the head. The Elyte Triple Diamond is a 440cc head, and the OPTM LS is 460cc. A smaller head is usually the more workable, less forgiving of the two, which points the Callaway at players who shape shots and strike the center consistently. The larger Cobra head gives up some workability for more forgiveness on off-center hits. Callaway pairs its head with the Mitsubishi Tensei AV White 65 in stiff and the 75 in x stiff. Cobra uses the Fujikura Ventus Blue 6 in stiff and the 7 in x stiff.
For most golfers shopping tour drivers, the Cobra OPTM LS is the better starting point. It is $80 cheaper at list, $549 against $629, and it is the newer design, released in 2026 against 2025 for the Callaway. Pick the Elyte Triple Diamond if you want the compact 440cc shape and the added workability, or if you prefer the Tensei AV White profile. The Callaway is a year older, so it is the one more likely to turn up discounted. If forgiveness and price come first, go with the OPTM LS.
