The Cobra LTDx sits in the middle of Cobra's 2022 driver family, between the low-spin LTDx LS and the max-forgiveness LTDx MAX. LTD stands for Longest Total Distance, and Cobra's whole pitch here was getting the center of gravity low and forward without giving up the forgiveness that usually comes with a higher, deeper CG. They did it with PWR-COR, a weighting system that packs mass low and toward the face to cut spin while keeping the ball speed high across the face.
What you get is a 460cc head that launches high but doesn't balloon. The spin stays in check, so drives climb and hold their line instead of climbing and stalling. That combination is why this driver lands in the Players Distance bucket rather than pure game-improvement. It rewards a decent swing with real distance, but the miss-hits don't fall off a cliff either.
Cobra loaded this one with carbon. The crown, the wrapped topline, and the sole all use aerospace-grade carbon fiber, which freed up weight to place where it actually helps launch and stability. The PWRSHELL H.O.T. Face is milled in specific zones so ball speed holds up when you catch it off center, low, or out toward the toe.
