Both wedges list at $179.99, both come in chrome, and both are forged with progressive lofts, so the split comes down to fitting range and age. The Vokey SM10 runs from 46° to 62° across seven grinds. The Vokey SM11 shifts the window to 44° to 60°, drops the 62° head, and expands to ten grinds by adding F-High, F-Low and K-Wide soles. It also adds a 4° bounce T grind and a 6° bounce K grind at 58° and 60°, and it is the only one of the pair tagged Raw Face. A golfer who wants a 62° or already fits cleanly into a D, F, K, L, M, S or T sole loses nothing with the SM10. A golfer who needs a 44° head, a low bounce K grind, or a more specific sole under a full-swing loft gets more choices from the SM11.
Pick the Vokey SM11 if fit matters most. Ten grinds beat seven at the same $179.99 sticker. Pick the Vokey SM10 if price matters most. It is two years older, which usually means street prices below MSRP, and every grind letter it offers also appears in the SM11 lineup. Neither forging nor loft progression separates them on paper, so feel and distance are unlikely to decide this.
