On paper these are nearly the same club. The TaylorMade Qi10 Max and the TaylorMade Qi35 Max are both 460cc game improvement drivers, both come in 10.5° and 12°, both have an adjustable hosel, and both ship with the Aldila Ascent 50 in regular or the Aldila Ascent 45 in senior. What separates them is the model year and the price. The Qi35 Max is the 2025 release. The Qi10 Max is the 2024 release, and at $599 it lists $30 below the Qi35 Max at $629. As the older head, it is also the one you are more likely to find discounted. The Qi35 Max suits golfers who want the current design at list price. The Qi10 Max suits anyone who wants the same specs for less.
For most golfers, the Qi10 Max is the better buy. The two share lofts, head size, hosel adjustability and stock shafts, so the extra $30 mostly buys a newer model year. If having the latest release matters to you, the Qi35 Max is a fine choice and the premium is small. If price comes first, buy the Qi10 Max and shop for a discount. If feel or distance is what decides it, nothing on the spec sheet settles that, so try both first.
