Both the Callaway Quantum Max Hybrid and the Titleist GT1 Hybrid are game improvement hybrids with fixed hosels, so what you buy is what you play. The real separation is loft spacing and price. The Quantum Max Hybrid runs 19°, 22°, 25° and 28°, stretching its highest loft out to 28°. The GT1 Hybrid runs 19°, 21°, 24° and 27°, keeping every loft below the 3H slightly stronger. If you struggle to launch long irons and want a high-lofted hybrid at the bottom of the set, the Callaway ladder reaches further. If your irons are already strong, the Titleist spacing may fit more neatly. The Quantum Max is also the newer design, a 2026 release against the GT1's 2025.
At list price the Quantum Max Hybrid is the easier recommendation. It costs $269.99 against $299.99 for the GT1 Hybrid, a $30 saving, and it is the more current model. The exception is a sale. Because the GT1 Hybrid is a year older, it is the club more likely to turn up discounted, and a marked-down GT1 is just as usable for most players. Pay full price and the Quantum Max wins on range and cost. Find a deal on the Titleist and the choice comes down to which loft ladder matches your irons.
