The Titleist T100 and Titleist T150 share forged construction, tungsten weighting, a 3-iron to PW set makeup, and the same $1349 MSRP. What separates them is the head. The T100 is a blade with progressive lofts, built for the golfer who strikes it consistently and wants a compact look and maximum feedback. The T150 is a players cavity back, so it offers more forgiveness and a larger head with the same forged feel. It also runs stronger, with a 32° 7-iron against 33° on the T100, worth roughly 2 yards of extra carry at the same swing speed. Both scored 92/100 at Golf Digest. MyGolfSpy favored the T100 at 90/100 versus 88/100, while Golf Monthly went the other way, 90/100 for the T150 and 88/100 for the T100.
Price does not decide this one. If you prize feel and precision and your contact is reliable, buy the T100. If you want help on mishits and a touch more distance from the same family, the T150 is the better pick for most golfers. Check your wedge gapping either way, since the T150 PW sits at 46° against 45° on the T100 despite the stronger irons above it.
