The TaylorMade Qi4D Rescue and the PXG Lightning Hybrid sit in the same players distance category, and neither offers an adjustable hosel, so the differences come down to loft range and price. The Qi4D Rescue is offered in four lofts from 17° to 25°. The Lightning Hybrid covers the same 17° to 25° spread and adds a 28° 6H on top. That extra loft only matters if you need a hybrid that high in the set. Price runs the other way. The Qi4D Rescue lists at $279.99, and the Lightning Hybrid lists at $349.99, a $70 difference per club.
For most golfers the Qi4D Rescue is the easier pick. It matches the Lightning Hybrid loft for loft through 25°, and it costs $70 less at list. Choose the Lightning Hybrid if the 28° 6H is the club you actually need, or if you already play PXG and want the set to match. If your priority is price, the TaylorMade is the answer.
