On paper these two are close. The TaylorMade Qi35 Rescue and the Ping G440 Hybrid are both 2025 players distance hybrids, both carry a $279.99 MSRP, and neither has an adjustable hosel. The real split is loft range. The Qi35 Rescue runs from 19° to 28° across four options. The G440 Hybrid runs from 17° to 28° across five, adding a 2H at the bottom of the set. That extra low-loft option matters most for faster swings that fight spin and need a club below the 3H slot. If your set starts at 19° or higher, the loft menus line up almost exactly and either club fills the same gap.
Choose the G440 Hybrid if you want the widest loft selection or think a 17° hybrid belongs in your bag. Choose the Qi35 Rescue if your gapping sits between 19° and 28° and nothing lower is needed. Price does not separate them, so this comes down to fitting rather than budget. For most golfers the G440 Hybrid is the safer default, since it covers every loft the Qi35 Rescue offers plus one more. If feel matters more to you than loft coverage, test both before deciding.
