On paper these two are close. The Mizuno JPX One Hybrid and the Callaway Elyte Hybrid both sit in the players distance category, both come in 3H at 19°, 4H at 22° and 5H at 25°, and neither offers an adjustable hosel. That leaves price and age as the real separators. The JPX One Hybrid lists at $249.99, which is $20 under the Elyte Hybrid at $269.99. It is also the newer of the two, a 2026 release against a 2025 release for the Callaway. The Mizuno suits a golfer who wants the current model at the lower list price. The Callaway suits a golfer who is comfortable buying the older design, especially if a retailer has already marked it down.
Pick the Mizuno JPX One Hybrid if you are paying full price. It is cheaper at MSRP and it is the newer design, and with matching loft options and no adjustability on either head there is no spec reason to spend more. The Callaway Elyte Hybrid makes sense if you can find it discounted, or if feel and looks at address matter more to you than the list price gap. Since neither club can be adjusted after purchase, get the loft right at the point of sale.
