The thing to sort out in a fitting is the yardage step, since the hollow face carries further than the forged long iron it replaces and can leave a 15 yard hole under it.

Plenty of players just extend their set iron shaft into it for consistency, which works fine. If you're fighting a ballooning flight, a low-launch hybrid shaft cut to iron length is the better fix.
