Game Improvement 混合杆

The Qi35 Max Rescue is TaylorMade's answer for golfers who want the easiest possible hybrid to launch and the most help getting the ball to turn left. It sits at the forgiveness end of the 2025 Qi35 rescue family, with a bigger footprint behind the ball and a draw-leaning setup that fights the slice most game-improvement players battle. If you've ever topped a long iron or watched your hybrid leak right, this club is built to make those misses rarer.

TaylorMade kept the V Steel sole here, the rounded, cut-away shaping that lets the club slide through turf instead of digging. Pair that with a low, deep center of gravity and you get a head that wants to send the ball high without you trying to lift it. The Max model leans further into that than the standard Qi35 Rescue, trading a little workability for a lot more stability on off-center hits.

This is a forgiving club, and it doesn't pretend to be anything else. Better players who like to flight the ball down and shape shots both ways will find it a touch too automatic. Everyone else, the people who just want a reliable long-game club that gets airborne and holds a line, are exactly who TaylorMade had in mind.

  • Mid and high handicappers who struggle to get long irons airborne and want a more reliable alternative.
  • Players who fight a slice or a fade and want a club that helps the ball turn over.
  • Anyone who values stability on toe and heel strikes over the ability to shape shots on command.
  • Golfers replacing a 3, 4, or 5 iron and looking for higher, softer-landing shots that hold greens.
  • Slower-to-moderate swing speeds that need help generating launch and carry distance.

常见问题

What's the difference between the Qi35 Max Rescue and the standard Qi35 Rescue?
The Max has a larger, more rounded head with a lower, deeper center of gravity and a built-in draw bias, so it launches higher and is more forgiving on mishits. The standard Qi35 Rescue is more compact and neutral, which gives better players more control and shot shaping but less automatic help. If forgiveness and beating a slice matter most to you, go Max.
Is the Qi35 Max Rescue adjustable?
No. This model uses a fixed hosel rather than an adjustable sleeve. You can't change loft or lie on the club itself, though you can still adjust ball flight through shaft choice and lie angle bending at fitting. The fixed design keeps the head lighter and helps lock in the draw-biased setup.
What loft should I choose to replace my long irons?
Match the loft to the iron you're replacing rather than the number on the head. A 3-rescue around 19-20 degrees fills in for a 3 or 4 iron, while a 4-rescue near 22 degrees covers a 4 or 5 iron. Check the carry gap against your longest iron and your fairway wood so you don't double up on distances.
Will the draw bias make me hook the ball?
For most slicers, no. The bias is built to offset an open clubface at impact, so it nudges a fade back toward straight rather than forcing a big hook. If you already draw or hook the ball naturally, the Max can be too much, and the more neutral standard Rescue would suit you better.
Is the Qi35 Max Rescue good for slower swing speeds?
Yes. The low, deep weighting and high-launch design are aimed at exactly that. Slower and moderate swing speeds get the ball up in the air and carry it farther without trying to help it off the turf. Pairing it with a lighter, higher-launching shaft makes that even easier.
