The Idea Pro, released in 2006, was the company's first serious attempt at the other end of the market, and it landed harder than anyone expected.

What handicap level is the Adams Idea Pro designed for?

It was built for low single digits down to tour players. The compact head and minimal offset assume you strike the center of the face most of the time. Mid handicappers can play it, but the standard Idea line from the same era is noticeably easier to hit.

Is the Adams Idea Pro adjustable?

No. It came out in 2006, before adjustable hosels were common, so the loft and face angle are fixed at the factory. A clubfitter can bend loft and lie slightly, but you can't change settings yourself.
