This is a 460cc driver with a glued, non-adjustable hosel, built on the idea that you get fit once, properly, and then never touch a wrench again. The full 460cc footprint gives it more stability than the compact players' heads of that era, but the shaping, the sound, and the intended buyer are all better-player territory. Epon chose a glued hosel to keep weight out of the neck and put it back into the head. An adjustable sleeve typically costs 8 to 10 grams that could otherwise improve mass properties. The catch is that your loft, lie, and face angle are locked in at build time, so get fit before you buy.

Is the Epon AF-105 a forgiving driver?

More forgiving than you might expect from a tour-category club, mostly because of the full 460cc head size. It is still built for players who find the center of the face regularly. If you fight a big miss, a draw-biased or higher-MOI head from the same era will treat you better.
